ROGAN WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY DUE TO PRODUCT MALFUNCTIONS OR MISUSE. BY PURCHASING YOU HAVE AGREED TO THESE TERMS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO UNDERSTAND AND FOLLOW YOUR STATES KNIFE LAWS TO LEGALLY CARRY AND OWN ANY FIXED BLADE OR FOLDING KNIFE SOLD ON THIS WEBSITE. 

 

SHIPPING

-All orders are shipped via UPS, however, if using the "free shipping" option, we will ship using the most economical carrier. This includes UPS or USPS only. Only orders shipped via UPS are insured.

-We offer “Government use only shipping” to our customers shipping to a FPO or APO. These orders are NOT insured.

-Orders placed on our website Monday through Friday will ship within 1-4 business days depending on workload. 

-All orders will be provided with a tracking number. Check your email spam folder if you do not receive it.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

-We ship our prybars worldwide, however, knives are shipped to USA and Canada only. We do not guarantee the delivery of international shipments. Please check your countries customs laws for importing knives. No refunds will be issued for non-delivery. Shipping rates do not include any potential customs, duties or import taxes that may be required.

 

REFUNDS/GUARANTEE

-We do not accept returns or exchanges. We will help you in any way we can and guarantee our products for manufacturer defects. Guarantee does not cover wear and tear or abuse.

-Discount codes must be used at time of purchase. We cannot refund partial amounts after the order is placed.


USAGE AND SAFETY:
-Do not apply the knife/tool to a task it was not designed for. 

-Always wear gloves and proper eye protection.

 

CARE AND MAINTENANCE 

-Basic Knife/tool Care Rules to Remember:

  • Keep it dry
  • Keep it clean
  • Keep it sharp
  • Store it carefully
  • DO NOT put in a dishwasher
  • DO NOT use your knife as a screwdriver or pry bar. We make a pry bar for that.

-Sharpening: We offer sharpening services on all our knives. We do not sharpen serrations. Please contact us if interested. We use the WORK SHARP sharpening system for re-sharpening our knives.
