General
Basic Knife/tool Care Rules to Remember:
- Keep it dry
- Keep it clean
- Keep it oiled
- Keep it sharp
- Store it carefully
- Do not put in a dishwasher
- DO NOT use your knife as a screwdriver or pry bar. We make a pry bar for that.
Cleaning
Clean your knife/tool regularly. We recommend Wicked Wax products. Regular cleaning and waxing should take care of light surface oxidation or rust formation commonly found on carbon steel.
When using your knife on food items, make sure to clean your knife and store your knife in a cool, dry place after use.
Sharpening
We offer sharpening services on all our knives. Please contact us if interested. We use the WORK SHARP sharpening system for re-sharpening our knives.
